We have over 7 years support working in the IT Sector providing support to corporate and business users. We aim to take this professional approach to support and bring it to home users who don’t have a dedicated IT Department to call on when they need help with their computer.

Qualified

All of the people in our team are at least Microsoft qualified with most holding multiple certifications from Symantec, Trend Micro, Citrix and even Apple. We also hold hardware certifications from the major computer manufacturers.

This means we are often able to resolve issues a lot quicker than our competitors and bringing your costs down.

Local

We only provide support to Home users in Northern Ireland. We aim to be on site with you as quickly as possible often within a few hours of you calling us.
